Delhi's commercial industrial plots from lease hold to free hold Tajendra Khanna has approved the Governor's proposal. Under the PPP model in the development of private sector may increase.
According to the circular, the same industrial plots from lease hold to free hold will be transformed with a certificate of completion would be de Commercial Building Construction plot. The same people will be approved in this regard.
To fold into free hold lease Commercial Plot Plot all related to mortgages held by banks would also have no objection certificate. The property will hold the lease holder's name, the name will be converted into free hold property from lease hold. DSIIDC to get hold of the free hold property by lease from time to time will continue to change in rate.
Apex Chamber of Commerce, chairman of the NCT on behalf of DSIIDC taken a Glance: Arora said, this decision is commendable. This will accelerate development of industrial areas. Also, work on PPP mode will be extended. That money should be spent on development of industrial areas. In addition, multi-story building will be constructed.
